Chick For Sale
Before looking for a chick for sale, see the bird photos.
They feed on caterpillars, insects and fruits. As all other cuckoos, they are brood parasites, and they occupy nests of Magpie Larks, Red Wattlebirds, friarbirds and figbirds by laying eggs into their nests, so that the hatchling gets rid of all other eggs and fledglings.
