Dove Nest
It is easy to make a dove nest and raise chicks at the aviaries.
These birds usually lay two eggs, which hatch after 12-18 days of incubation. What’s more unique about pigeons is that both male and female have so called ‘pigeon milk’ and feed their young. After about 10 days the young start eating regurgitated seeds.

Both parents take part in raising their young, and males sit on eggs from 10.00 a.m. to about 5.00 p.m. Males’ plumage is more brightly colored than females’.
