The males are easily to distinguish by their yellow colored heads. These are very intelligent birds that are easy to train as they are very intelligent and can be taught a variety of tricks. These birds are rather quiet and clean, but they produce lots of so called "dust," which resembles a cross between dandruff and fine grey greasy powder.
