Breeding Cockatiel

Breeding cockatiel is impossible with their photos or pictures only. The bird is rather small, and it is only about 30 cm long. It features grey feathering with white markings on the wings, orange cheeks and yellow head. Males have bright yellow foreheads and a distinctive pointed crest on top of the head. These parrots originated and live in Australia in continental areas, mainly near rivers, lakes and streams. They nest in trees, preferring dry branches, and both parents take part in raising chicks. Eggs hatch after about 20 days, and clutches count some 3 to 9 eggs. Breeding cockatiel is impossible with their photos or pictures only.
